RRB Technician Vacancy 2026 Details

The recruitment includes vacancies for two Technician categories.

Technician Grade-I Signal

• Total Posts: 323
• Pay Level: Level-5 (7th CPC)
• Salary: ₹29,200 per month

Technician Grade-III

• Total Posts: 6,242
• Pay Level: Level-2 (7th CPC)
• Salary: ₹19,900 per month

Eligibility Criteria for RRB Technician Recruitment 2026

Age Limit

Technician Grade-I Signal

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 33 Years

Technician Grade-III

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Educational Qualification

Technician Grade-I Signal

• B.Sc. with a combination of the above-mentioned subjects

OR

• Three-Year Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline

OR

• Engineering Degree in the relevant branch.

Technician Grade-III

Candidates must have:

• Matriculation (10th Pass) / SSLC
• ITI Certificate from NCVT or SCVT in the relevant trade

OR

• Matriculation with Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA) in the prescribed trade.

RRB Technician Salary 2026

Selected candidates will receive attractive salaries along with Railway allowances.
