Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary under the IDA Pay Scale (E-1).
- Pay Scale: ₹16,400 – ₹40,500
- Additional benefits include Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Medical Facilities, Leave Benefits, Pension-related benefits (as applicable), and other allowances according to BSNL rules.

The final merit list will be prepared based on the total marks secured in the CBT.
Bond, Training & Probation
Candidates selected as Junior Telecom Officers will be required to sign a Service Bond of ₹6 Lakhs, agreeing to serve BSNL for a minimum period of five years.
The probation period will be two years, during which candidates will undergo:
- JTO Phase-I Training (10 Weeks)
- Field Training (4 Weeks)
- JTO Phase-II Specialization Training (6 Weeks)
